  • Our full bond return guarantee means that we guarantee you will get your full bond back with any items related to cleaning. If any cleaning issues are raised once the final condition inspection has been completed, we will return to the property FREE OF CHARGE to fix up those items.

    Our full bond return guarantee excludes any damages to the property at the fault of the tenant. Also subject to the state and cleanliness of the property prior to commencing the clean. If you choose not to take our recommendation for extra cleaning of certain items our bond return guarantee is null and void for those items. If we are asked to re-attend to those items after the final inspection is conducted, we will require the additional discussed payment prior to returning.

  • Power and running water must be connected. Please keep the power connected for 3 business days after the date of the clean in case we need to re-attend after the final inspection is completed.

  • All rubbish must be removed from the property prior to cleaning. If the property is not completely vacant, we reserve the right to charge for our time accordingly. Sapphire C.C. are not responsible or liable for any personal belongings that are left at the property when we commence the cleaning.

  • Spot cleaning is included in the quoted price. If the walls are heavily soiled and marked, we will notify you that they require a wash down for an additional cost. If you choose not to go ahead with the additional cleaning as per our recommendation, our full bond return guarantee will be null and void. If we are asked to return to clean the walls once the final inspection has been completed, we will require the additional discussed payment prior to returning.

  • A quick surface dust of blinds is included in the quoted price. If the blinds have sticky dust, dirt or grease they will require a separate professional blind cleaning service that is not included in our price. Ask us about our recommended blind cleaning company.

  • Mould in the shower or bathroom grouting is INCLUDED in the price. If mould is present in other areas of the property such as the bathroom ceiling, windows & sills etc. this requires extra treatment and an additional charge.

  • We do not remove adhesive hooks from walls or doors these are the responsibly of the tenant.

  • We DO NOT guarantee removal of all existing carpet stains. Although we will do our absolute best some carpet fibres can become permanently discoloured and unfortunately impossible to remove. Wax, sticky residue removal and odour bombing is an extra cost and we must be notified prior to the booking

Frequently Asked Questions

  • We base our quote off images of the property online taking into consideration the layout, age of the property and how long it has been occupied. The quoted price is based on a property that is kept in a reasonably clean condition. If we arrive to the property and it is in a dirtier condition than originally anticipated, then we will notify you of any additional costs prior to starting the clean.

  • Once you accept your vacate cleaning quote you will receive an invoice via email. We require all vacate cleaning bookings to be paid at least 2 business days prior to the service. Due to the nature of the client vacating the premises we require payment as a security measure.

  • Upon receiving payment, we will email you a receipt to provide your agent or landlord as proof of using our professional cleaning services.

  • Sapphire C.C. have our own extensive vacate cleaning checklist that covers every item of the property from top to bottom and inside out. We have the experience and knowledge to understand what needs to be cleaned and to what standard to ensure that you get your bond returned.
